Durante mucho tiempo se especulo que Squad significaba "silly questions under alcohohic daze". Falso. "Muerte a los Hippies",tal vez sea uno de los temas emblematicos de la epoca dorada de la musica rock de mediados de los años 80, junto a temas de Massakre, Caos, Necrosis, Anarkia, etc. La vuelta de Squad , ocurrio el año 96, en una caotica tocata en el BAL-LE-DUC de Irarrazabal, junto a Inquisicion. La gente que veia los afiches pegados en las calles pensaban que eran vestigios de afiches pegados en los 80 !. Chris durante su desercion de SQUAD, formo la banda HELLRAISER, los cuales jamas tocarian en vivo.

En Abril de 1997, Chris invito a Nataniel Infante-guitarrista de Necrosis- a participar en SQUAD para el Festival Resistencia Mapuche junto a A.N.I.M.A.L,, Fiskales ad hok, Miserables, Undercroft, etc. Infante nunca aparecio en los ensayos y SQUAD toco ante seis mil personas.! Juan Pablo "Azazel" Uribe, guitarrista de PENTAGRAM, tambien recibio la invitacion de Chris Para tocar en SQUAD. LOS MOX, pensaban grabar un disco de covers a finales de los 90, uno de los temas era Cuma Agression, que iba a ser cantado por Chris.

Felicidades a todos los amigos y simpatizantes de SQUAD !. Aunque este año fue pobre en conciertos, si fue un fructifero año para muchos de los integrantes de la banda en la realizacion de metas personales. SQUAD TRIVIA

Para la vuelta de NECROSIS, uno de los candidatos para vocalista fue Chris, este declino para continuar con SQUAD. Fue durante la actuacion de SQUAD en 1989, que Marco Cusatto -guitarra de "Warpath", objeto a ultimo momento la participacion de la banda. Lo hilarante era que Pera , estaba vestido como el popular buitre de la caratula de "Gallinazeous Death". PRONTO MAS ANECDOTAS Y BIZARRAS HISTORIAS DE LA BANDA MAS CONOCIDA DE LAS DESCONOCIDAS !
